Seminar Terms

The training and seminars provided by tbu were developed by tbu in collaboration with its alliance and business partner. The course concepts are standardized solutions based on psychological theories as well as practical business experience in an international market. tbu provides its Service to you, subject to the following SEMINAR TERMS, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the terms at any time at this page (URL http://www.tbuconsulting.com/seminarterms.htm) In addition, any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services, which may be posted by tbu from time to time, shall be subject to this agreement.

The fee includes tuition and instructional materials. Fee is subject to change and payable in advance.

Cancellation and transfers are accepted without charge if written notification is received at least 15 days prior to the program's starting date. Cancellations received after that time will be charged 50 percent of the total program fee.

Transfer requests received within 2 days of the program start will be subject to a $ 50 transfer fee to cover administrative cost. Transferees will have a period of 3 months from the date of their transfer request to attend a subsequent seminar offering. After 3 months period the tuition fees will be forfeited. Transferees will be required to pay fee increases, should any take place.

Substitutions of registrants in a seminar may be made, without penalty, any time prior to the program's commencement.

You understand that the seminars provided by tbu are standardized service and provided as is. Individual training you may desire are not subject of the seminars and will not be performed by tbu within the standardized programs.

tbu reserves the right to use assignments and other information received from the seminar attendees during the program sessions for educational and promotional purposes. tbu promises to present such information taken during seminar activities with the greatest respect to its attendees. Personal data that may include but are not limited to names of the attendees and/or their corporations may be used for reference and promotional purposes of tbu. Other than that attendees personal data and their companies data will be treated with confidentiality.

If Credit Card payment is marked in the application your Credit Card will automatically be charged. The applicant agrees to pay external fees, which may occur by choosing other than Credit Card payment. In case payment will not be provided by you prior to the program start tbu has the right to cancel your registration without further notice.

All contents and material presented during the seminars and training are the sole copyright of tbu and/or its business partner. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the seminar, use of the seminar, or access to the seminar.

You agree to indemnify and hold tbu, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the seminar, submit, post, transmit or make available through the seminar, your violation of the Seminar Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

You expressly understand and agree that: a. Your use of the seminar is at your sole risk. tbu expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express or implied or in any way related to the seminar. b. tbu makes no warranty that the seminar will meet your requirements. c. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the seminar is done at your own responsibility and risk.

You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use this Service.
